Market Leaders since 1981 in what has become famous all over the world as the Italian Food Valley, Bottega Gastronomica is a company based in Reggio Emilia that produces and distributes high quality deep frozen gastronomy.

The products made at "La Bottega Gastronomica Gusto e Tradizione" traditional food workshop, such as first courses, savory pies, erbazzone and other specially-made creations, source from the historical heritage of Emilian (from Emilia region) and Reggiana (from Reggio nell'Emilia) cuisine.
