The location has a large garden with a natural lake suitable for standing aperitifs.Characteristic of the place is a large courtyard in the center of the stables suitable for summer dinners with a seating capacity of 250 people.The interior is characterized by three large rooms, two of which have a seating capacity of 230 people each.The Villa has a linitrophic church for religious ceremonies and is a suitable location for the realization of civil ceremonies on site.The location has a complete kitchen and complete equipment: round tables, rectangular tables, upholstered tonet chairs (chiavarine with an extra cost). The lounges are to be integrated by the catering.
